About Robert W. Steele Robert W. Steele, SEC, has won numerous local and national awards, including the National Society of Exchange Counselors’ Counselor of the Year award. He was awarded Lifetime Membership, the Society’s highest honor in 2001, and in 2008 he was selected as one of six people as a Legend of the Society. Bob was also inducted into the Real Estate Exchangor’s Hall of Fame. His practice today involves primarily working with major clients, individual and corporate, with serious real estate or business problems. Bob has lived in places many of us only dream of or read about in National Geographic Magazine: Oaxaca, Mexico; Costa del Sol, Spain; London and Marlow, England; Maui, Hawaii, Newport Beach and Carmel, California. Bob has personally taught over 100 seminars on the subject of real estate exchanging and related fields throughout the United States and other countries for his own seminar company, as well as for the Reno and the Chatham Educational Foundations. He has written books and educated in this field for over 40 years, and he firmly believes that “with a knowledgeable and counseled client or partner any problem can be resolved." Two magazines were started by Bob: The Real Estate News Observer (in concert with Richard Reno and Cliff Weaver) which is now Creative Real Estate; and Global Wealth, published from Spain. With partners Reno and Weaver, Bob originated and ran Real Estate Expo, the largest private enterprise real estate exchange convention in the United States. The Real Estate Expo convention, held annually in Las Vegas, grew to approximately 3,000 attendees in size. Mr. Steele has authored seven books including the classic, 100 Ways to Make Real Estate Deals without Using Cash. For every person or company with one million in cash to invest, Robert can show you 100 that have a million dollars in equity wanting investment. In concert with Chester W. Allen and Michael E. Stewart he has formed and operates IVX International Vacancy Exchange where huge quantities of vacant and disappearing assets are being saved and utilized. A significant percentage of his business is now international. He is an active consultant for Deal Makers International and participates in their ever-expanding international marketing sessions. DMI is establishing their marketing sessions in major cities of the world and selectively in third-world countries where the profit potentials are exceptional. He has a serious interest and a proven knack for helping students find answers to their own situations via creative solutions. |
